There are two occurrences of this root in the holy Quran, both for this verb form (VIII).
فَلَا اقْتَحَمَ الْعَقَبَةَ
Yet, he has not embarked upon the uphill task [90:11]
هَٰذَا فَوْجٌ مُقْتَحِمٌ مَعَكُمْ لَا مَرْحَبًا بِهِمْ إِنَّهُمْ صَالُو النَّارِ
This is a group [of your followers] plunging [into hell] along with you.’ [They will respond,] ‘May wretchedness be their lot! For they will enter the Fire.’
2) ايحاء : Inspiration.
This is derived from the same root as the commonly known word for divine revelation
3) دبب : Crawl, Creep, Spread
The word referring to animals who crawl on fours is دَابَّةٍ and is used in the holy quran frequently.
